Refund Policy

                       Carasmatic Creations honors refund requests that meet the following criteria:

Non-delivery of Shipped Products: due to a missed delivery or otherwise. Please let us know if you have not received your goods.  Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us by email (customerservice@carasmaticcreations.com) within 3 days from the expected delivery date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.

Delivery of Specialty Products: If no one is available to receive the specialty baked item during the agreed upon delivery time, we will attempt to make a second delivery if time permits (we cannot guarantee this for every situation).  If we are unsuccessful in delivering item there will not be any refunds and we may not leave the item at the location due to federal food handling requirements and that our products are temperature sensitive.

Specialty Product Items: Carasmatic Creations prides itself on providing the finest and freshest products and we aim to exceed our customer's expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you must notify Carasmatic Creations within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
